whose purpose is to guarantee the appropiate usage of the website. Likewise, you are informed that you can exercise the rights of access,

Information that we collect from you
During the sign up process a number of personal information data will be required being most of them optional. We will also collect your CV if you decide to upload it to Jobsket.com. Your CV will always be stored, managed and secured according to industry standards. We may also collect information about your usage of our website, as well as information about you from emails or letters you send to us.
Use of your information
Jobsket.com is an online service dedicated to helping all types of professionals to find a better job by making their CV available to recruitment agencies and getting real time valuations of their CV based on the jobs market. During the sign up process a number of personal information data will be required being most of them optional. The personal information you choose to provide is solely for the purpose of personalizing your user experience and for delivering the service(s) that you have signed up for.
In particular, we may use your information to contact you for your views on our services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the site or our services. Further, where you have consented, we might also use your information to let you know about other services that we offer which may be of interest to you and we may contact you by post, telephone or fax, as well as by e-mail.
Jobsket.com allows you to upload your CV. If you do not wish to be contacted by third parties we strongly suggest you to upload a CV without any personal information on it. Jobsket.com will only use your CV according to the level of privacy that you specify when you upload it:
- 1. Public CV: A public CV can be accessible by everyone on the Internet. You will be able to perform actions like for example sharing this CV on your website or posting it to social websites like Facebook. Please remember that if you make your CV public and your CV contains any of your personal information, such information may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control. We are not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you make available to the general public.
- 2. CV visible only to companies: A CV visible only to companies will be only accessible by recruitment agencies, companies, partners and in general any other customer of Jobsket.com premium services. No other person or third party will have access to your CV and by consequence to the personal information that could be available on it. These companies may contact you with regards to job offers or other services. Jobsket.com cannot guarantee the use that these companies will make of your information.
- 3. Private CV: A private CV will only be accessible by yourself. You will be the only person allowed to see and download your CV. No other persons or third parties will have access to your CV.
You may also remove your CV on Jobsket.com or delete your account at any time, but, employers, recruiters and others who have paid for access to the Jobsket.com premium services and have obtained a copy of your CV as a result of being available as a semi-private or public CV. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of resumes or profiles in these instances.
If you set up your alerts service then you will receive a weekly email with a list of jobs that match your specific criteria that could be preceded by a short advertising message from our partners. You may disable the alerts service at any time from your alerts settings page.
Closing your account
You can also close your account through Jobsket.com website. If you close your account, we will remove your name and other personal information from our publicly viewable database. We may retain certain data contributed by you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law.
To request that we close your account and remove your information from Jobsket.com website, please send your request to support@jobsket.com. We would like to encourage you to send your request using an email account that you have registered with Jobsket.com under your name. An email will be sent back to confirm that your information has been deleted.
Disclosure of your information
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties, or your combined personal and demographic information or information about your use of Jobsket.com (such as the areas you visit or the services you access), except as set forth below.
- 1. Where your consent has been given your information will be shared with recruitment agencies and other companies looking to recruit on this site. Although you will always have the choice to disable information disclosure with third parties we cannot guarantee what use they will do with this information.
- 2. You will always have the option do disclose your information to the public. By doing this your personal information will be accessible from the Internet. This feature will be disabled by default. If you activate this feature, you will always have the option to opt-out of this feature by editing your account and settings, however Jobsket.com does not warrant how often third-party search engines will update their cache.
- 3. Where required to do so by law such as responses to civil or criminal subpoenas, or other requests by law enforcement personnel. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, subpoena, or other legal process or request to Jobsket.com brought in any country throughout the world, or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
- 4. Finally, if our business enters into a joint venture with or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information and CV may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.
